How to play Baseball Drinking Game

Each game of Baseball beer pong is made up of 9 innings. An inning consists of both teams having a turn. A turn is consisted of the team shooting the ball until they get three outs. Like baseball each out is made up of three strikes. The team with the most runs after the 9 innings is the winner.

Offensive Play

  1. Select a team to be first “At Bat”. Select a player from that team to take the first shot.
  2. The first player at bat has three chances (counted as strikes) to throw a beer pong ball into one of the opposing cups.
  3. If the player misses 3 times it is an out and the next teammate tries to sink a cup.
  4. If a player lands the ball in a cup the opposing team must drink the contents of the cup and then refill and return the cup.
  5. The “At Bat” team now has a player “on base” when that player makes it home they will receive a run.
  6. Players can advance by either A) The next player hitting another cup or B) Stealing (see below)
  7. Example of advancing ( If Player A hits the second base cup and Player B hits the first place cup this would be represented by a player on First and a Player on Third.
  8. Stealing: If a player would like to steal a base they must run to the side flip cup zone, and begin chugging and flipping the cup. At this point the opposing team may also send a player to play flip cup in defence. If the defending team wins the flip cup came the offending team gets an OUT. If they win they may advance.
  9. Continue altering turns and trying to acquire runs until the team receives 3 outs
  10. Now next team is up to bat.
  11. Continue until all innings are completed.
  12. Team with most runs after nine innings is the winner.

Additional Rules

  • If the ball bounces off the cups and is caught by the opposing team before touching the ground it is an OUT
  • In the event the table is completely missed it counts as an OUT
  • If the defending team has an unfinished “death cup” on the table and the offensive team sinks a ball into the cup it counts as a “grand slam”. This counts as FOUR runs.
